Salisbury is home to a humid subtropical climate zone. Winters are cool and short, with daily high temperatures reaching the low-40s in January. However, about 60 nights per season will see the thermostat drop below the freezing point, so it is important that residents plan ahead for these frigid conditions by investing in a reliable home heating system. Likewise, summer weather will be hot and humid with many days exceeding 90 degrees, and without access to a cool place to relax with an energy-efficient air conditioner, heat-related illnesses could become a real concern.
